In many jobs,
workers must suit their behavior to the company’s rules. Bosses often cite
good workers as examples for others. Some companies charge money for
uniforms or tools, which can be difficult for workers. It is important to limit
extra costs so employees feel happy. If someone breaks the rules, the boss may warn
them to be careful. In some cases, the company may threaten to give a
punishment, but this should only happen if necessary. A fair and friendly
workplace helps everyone do their job well. To conclude, when workers and
bosses talk openly, they can solve problems and work better together. Clear
rules and respect make a job easier and more enjoyable for everyone. (117
