mental health at work is just as important as physical health. For example, if
employees are constantly working long hours or facing tight deadlines,
they may feel stressed or overwhelmed. It’s important to recognize these
issues and help employees manage them. One way to do this is by offering
training for managers to spot signs of stress or mental health
struggles in their team members. Another way is by adding mental health
services to your employee benefits, like counseling or stress management
programs. By showing that you care about their well-being, you can improve morale
