Keeping top
employees is important because it saves time and money on hiring and training
new staff. One way to retain employees is by helping them feel
welcomed when they start. For example, assign a “buddy” to new hires
to help them settle into the company culture. Another way to retain
employees is by offering ongoing support. This could mean providing regular
feedback, offering help when needed, or simply checking in to make sure
they feel comfortable. Also, offering opportunities for growth is key. For
example, you can provide training or give employees chances for promotions to
help them grow professionally within your company. (104 words)
